Thank you to all our great customers, and we truly appreciate your kind letters!
We recently purchased Peptos Spirit from Ron & Adrienne. Our experience with Missing Creek Ranch was one of the most professional and pleasant horse transactions we have experienced. Ron and Adrienne are honest breeders who not only breed quality performance horses but are quality themselves. They were always in contact and were willing and able to help with all aspects of my colt's purchase including shipment. We would not hesitate to recommend them to another horseman looking for quality talent. We look forward to this spring and starting an exciting show career for our boy."
Thank you again Ron & Adrienne.
Just a quick note to let you know how little Popcorn is doing, or "Poppy," as we sometimes call Miss Sunolena Dual, a beautiful 2006 palomino filly out of your nice palomino mare. We just couldn't be happier with her, she is beautiful, smart, athletic and kind. She is good in the herd and showing us her tremendous spirit through play with other horses. We are so excited to get her in the show ring and watch her with a cow! I had also been looking for a good horse to show and I was excited to learn that Miss Angel Rey was available, I jumped on this incredible opportunity to purchase such a well put together filly. It is clear to me and I am sure it is to others in this business that cutting horses are a passion of yours. It was so nice to deal with really good people like the both of you, whose professional opinion I trust and honesty I appreciate. I not only look forward to watching your horses grow and win, but I look forward to cultivating our friendship.
Thank you so much for our wonderful horses and for your hard work and dedication to breeding, raising and training phenomenal horses. Please call me anytime to see Miss Sunolena Dual and Miss Angel Rey.
Dear Ron and Adrienne,
To: Missing Creek Ranch
It was about a year ago, my girls and I were talking about what direction they wanted to go in the equine world. One young lady manages a Hereford ranch, and needs a good ranch horse, the other wanted to try her hand at training, showing, and learning more about the cutting horse business. We spent many nights looking at web site after web site until we found Missing Creek Ranch, then we spent hours looking at the horses for sale. Having bought and sold many horses myself, I thought how could I ever buy one sight unseen, until I spent some time on the phone with Ron and Adrienne.
After a couple of long conversations, Adrienne had convinced me she had the horse for us: a two -year -old named Kitty Kitty Rap. I can honestly say Adrienne was right with her suggestion; this little filly has far exceded our expectations every single day. She is quiet, easy to train, and continues to learn and progress more every day. She is currently being trained in Scottsdale, AZ, at Al Dunning's Almosta Ranch where she has shown great progress in the cutting arena.
A month later, I thought to myself, what a better Christmas present for a young lady than a horse, and once again I talked to Ron and Adrienne, and purchased the young filly Izzy (Reys of Rap). This little filly is in the mountains of California gathering and working cattle on a ranch every day. Izzy has a lot of go and she is a smart little horse who enjoys her job and is always improving.
These past few days, I was kindly reminded that it was time to find a 2017 foal. I didn't even hesitate as I knew where this foal would come from: no place other than Missing Creek Ranch. My family and I feel honored to have been able to purchase a 2017 foal out of one of their top mares Hal Ofa Filly, and by Rap Cat. I have high hopes and expectations for this filly in the future as she grows and enters the cutting pen.
Not only have I had the opportunity to purchase some great horses from Missing Creek Ranch, we have bred two of our top mares to Rap Cat and can't wait for 2018 when they are born!
I truly believe my family and I have not found just great horses, but great people too. Ron and Adrienne's honesty, integrity, and dedication to the horse business is second to none in my book. They are truly a great family and great for our equine industry. I can honestly say for many years to come our barn will always have a few great horses with the Missing Creek Ranch brand on their hip.
